  • Lemon1 unit(s)
  • Crushed garlic1 dessert spoon
  • Lemon pepper seasoning to taste
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Butter1 tablespoon
  1. Season the steak with the juice of half of the lemon and reserve the other half. Then add the garlic and seasonings to taste. Leave to marinate for 30 minutes.
  2. Grease a pan with a little butter, place the steaks and cover with aluminum foil. Bake in the oven for 15 minutes at 200°. Remove the foil and place in the oven for another 10 minutes, turn the steak side over to be golden and put a little butter on top of each one to brown and get more juicy. Leave it for another 5 minutes and you're done.
