  • olive oil3 tablespoon
  • clean filet mignon without cord1 kg
  • mustard3 tablespoon
  • chopped fresh rosemary2 tablespoon
  • chopped fresh sage2 tablespoon
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • butter2 tablespoon
  • diced potato cooked al dente1 cup
  • diced carrot cooked al dente1 cup
  • green beans, cooked al dente1 cup
  1. Heat a large, thick skillet over medium heat with the olive oil and place the filet mignon.
  2. Fry until the entire piece is golden brown, turning to be even.
  3. Transfer to a mold and brush with mustard, rosemary, sage, salt and pepper.
  4. Take to medium oven, preheated.
  5. If you want it rare, leave it for 25 minutes.
  6. If you want to the point, leave it for 30 minutes.
  7. Remove the meat from the oven, slice and set aside. In a pan, melt the butter over medium heat and add the potatoes, carrots and green beans.
  8. Sauté for 1 minute, turn off and pour on a platter with the sliced ​​meat.
  9. Serve immediately, if desired, with rice.
