- ground beef300 g
- Wheat for hydrated kibbeh1 cup
- Chopped Onion4 tablespoon
- Minced garlic1 tablespoon
- Chopped Mint1 tablespoon
- Green Spice2 tablespoon
- Sweet paprika1 teaspoon
- grated ginger1 coffee spoon
- Tomato without skin and chopped seed0.5 cup
- Sea salt to taste
- Ground black pepper to taste
- Olive oil1 tablespoon
- In a bowl, mix all the ingredients (except the oil) well until you get a homogeneous mass.
- Grease a baking sheet with half the Oil and arrange the dough evenly.
- Make marks on top with the aid of a knife (diagonally).
- Drizzle with the remaining oil and bake in a preheated oven at 200ÂșC for about 25 minutes.
