- Ground beef500 g
- Wheat for Kibe1 cup
- Hot water500 ml
- Chopped Mint to taste
- Salt to taste
- Cottage cheese or Catupiry1 unit(s)
- Mozzarella150 g
- Soak the wheat in hot water for +or-30 min. If necessary add a little more water, until it's ok hydrated.
- In a large bowl, mix all the ingredients, except for the stuffing, and knead with your hands until you get a homogeneous mass.
- Grease a mold with oil and go spreading the dough over the entire length. Place the cheese and mozzarella on top to form the filling. Cover with the remaining dough.
- Bake in an oven preheated to 180 degrees Celsius for 20 to 30 minutes.
