- Soft Coxão300 g
- Onion1 cup
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- Olive oil15 ml
- Chives1 cup
- Rye bread2 to taste
- Pass the meat through the processor until it is in very small pieces.
- Grate the onion.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Add half of the grated onion and the olive oil and mix with the help of cutlery.
- Chop the chives.
- Place the preparation on a slice of rye bread/bread, molding the meat over the bread.
- Add the rest of the grated onion and the chopped chives over the preparation.
- Accompaniment: dark mustard.
