- Salt to taste
- Garlic2 unit(s)
- Mayonnaise4 tablespoon
- Water half a glass to taste
- Season and fry the steak to your liking in a frying pan
- Separate the steak onto a plate
- In the same frying pan, brown the onion and garlic and add the water
- When the onion is soft, add the mayonnaise and let it thicken.
- Then pour the sauce over the steak and it’s ready 😋
