  • Liver300 g
  • Milk/glass1/2 cup
  • Onion / cut into slices1 unit(s)
  • Oil2 tablespoon
  1. Clean the liver and cut into strips
  2. In a bowl, place the liver, milk and salt (to taste) and leave it in the fridge for 20 minutes.
  3. Heat the oil in a skillet, drain the milk and place the liver and onion in the hot oil, stirring constantly until the liver is tender.
  4. Milk makes the liver soft and takes away the bad smell.
