  • Bovine Muscle | 1.5 kg
  • Potato | 4 unit(s)
  • Garlic | 2 unit(s)
  • Onion | 1 unit(s)
  • Tomato | 1 unit(s)
  • Pepper | 1/2 unit(s)
  • Green smell |  to taste
  • Black pepper | 1 coffee spoon
  • Colorau | 1 dessert spoon
  • Chimichuri | 1 coffee spoon
  • Smoked Papicra | 1/2 coffee spoon
  • Olive oil | 1/2 tablespoon


  1. Cut the muscle into cubes, add two cloves of something chopped, salt, black pepper, paprika and chimichuri mix well and set aside. In an already heated pressure cooker, add the olive oil to the chopped onion and sauté well then add the meat and sauté well until it releases a lot of water. Add the tomato, the pepper and the green smell, sauté well, add a cup of boiling water, close the pressure and cook for approximately 20 minutes on low heat. In a pan with water and a little salt, cook the 4 potatoes cut into half moons, at the end of cooking the meat cooking time add the potatoes mix well, adjust the salt if necessary let it boil for another 2 minutes and serve with white rice and salad
