Em uma panela, colocar um fio de azeite e acrescentar a carne moída para dourar. Depois adicionar o alho amassado e a cebola para dourar também.

Colocar o pimentão e o tomate cortado em cubos para refogar. Colocar o sal e pimenta do reino, misture. Depois reserve.
