  • Ground Beef500 g
  • Pork ground meat (leg)500 g
  • Tomato sauce 🍅350 ml
  • Grated Parmesan Cheese50 g
  • BASIL to taste
  • Chives and parsley to taste
  • Salt and crushed garlic1 tablespoon
  • Onion1 unit(s)
  1. Mix the two meats with the spices and 1 spoon 🥄 of breadcrumbs mix the grated onion
  2. Knead everything until it turns into a dough. Shape into balls according to your taste (I don't advise making the meatballs too big, making them difficult to fry
  3. Fry the meatballs in a high pan with a drizzle of oil and stir until they are fried on all sides.
  4. Drain the oil on a paper towel Go back to the pan with the tomato sauce 🍅 with 200 ml of water and the chopped BASIL leaves let it cook and refine the sauce
  5. Place your meatballs and the sauce in a bowl, place your grated parmesan cheese and the chives and parsley on top and spread it over the top now and just serve!!!
  6. You can accompany with rice 🍚 salad
