Ingredients: 500 g Ground Beef; 500 g Pork ground meat (leg); 350 ml Tomato sauce 🍅; 50 g Grated Parmesan Cheese; to taste BASIL; to taste Chives and parsley; 1 tablespoon Salt and crushed garlic; 1 unit(s) Onion

Ingredients
Recipe

Ground Beef500 g
Pork ground meat (leg)500 g
Tomato sauce 🍅350 ml
Grated Parmesan Cheese50 g
BASIL to taste
Chives and parsley to taste
Salt and crushed garlic1 tablespoon
Onion1 unit(s)

Mix the two meats with the spices and 1 spoon 🥄 of breadcrumbs mix the grated onion
Knead everything until it turns into a dough. Shape into balls according to your taste (I don't advise making the meatballs too big, making them difficult to fry
Fry the meatballs in a high pan with a drizzle of oil and stir until they are fried on all sides.
Drain the oil on a paper towel Go back to the pan with the tomato sauce 🍅 with 200 ml of water and the chopped BASIL leaves let it cook and refine the sauce
Place your meatballs and the sauce in a bowl, place your grated parmesan cheese and the chives and parsley on top and spread it over the top now and just serve!!!
You can accompany with rice 🍚 salad
