Ground beef

Em uma tijela tempere a carne moída com alho sal e tempero a gosto

Em seguida descasque e corte as batata em cubos

Em uma panela esquente o óleo e coloque a carne moída até secar toda a água

Em seguida coloque as batatas o extrato de tomate e o caldo kinor de carne e coloque um pouco de água 

Then put the potatoes, tomato paste and kinor beef broth and add a little water

Em seguida deixe cozinhar em fogo alto por 15 minutos ou até as batatas estarem macias e sirva.
