Minced garlic2 unit(s)
Onion and chopped parsley1 to taste
Sauce200 ml
Water1 cup
Salt, black pepper and oregano1 to taste

I started by chopping the garlic and onion. Along with the oil and let it fry a little. Then I added the ground beef.
I added the salt, oregano and black pepper. And I mixed it well. I put the chopped potatoes and the chopped carrots.
Mix well and let the minced meat cook until it is very soft. And then I added the tomato sauce.
Mix everything and add 1 cup of water and mix well and let it cook on low heat until the carrots are cooked.
Finally, I added the chopped parsley and served. This ground beef is very good.
