Spices (chopped)2 unit(s)
Beef Knor2 unit(s)
Beef Sazon2 unit(s)
Dye2 tablespoon
Extract4 tablespoon
Lemon (lemon juice)3 cup
Olive oil4 tablespoon

Wash the meat with water and lemon and let it soak for 2 minutes.
Remove the meat from the water, wash once more, squeeze and set aside.
In a pan add the olive oil, ground beef, chopped seasonings (tomato, onion, pepper and cilantro) and sauté for 5 minutes
After sautéing, add the knor, extract, coloring, sazon and potatoes
Let the ground meat cook in the water itself, which will release liquid, for 20 minutes covered in high heat and it is ready to serve.
