Em uma frigideira espalhe a carne moída e faça buracos para colocar os ovos, não precisam ser buracos grandes e em cada buraco coloca-se 1 ovo.  Acrescente uma pitada de sal em cima de cada ovo e aí espere o ovo cozinhar. A carne moída em contato com a frigideira fica bem fritinha, deliciosa. se quiser acelerar o processo jogue um pouquinho de água na frigideira e já tampe com uma tampa que cobra tudo.

Pronto agora é só molhar a gema com pão francês e comer…
