Meat of your choice, chopped into cubes

Season the meat with garlic and set aside.

Junte a carne  em uma panela com o óleo ,o caldo kinnor e a cebola,deixe com que dê uma leve fritada 

Add the meat in a pan with the oil, the kinnor broth and the onion, let it lightly fry

Depois adicione a água Tampe e deixe a carne cozinhar até com a água seque,depois destampe a panela adicione mais cebola e tampe 

Then add the water Cover and let the meat cook until the water dries, then uncover the pan add more onion and cover

Deixe até a cebola ficar o ponto de cozida e prontinho 

Leave until the onion is cooked and ready.
