- Oil1 tablespoon
- Salt1 dessert spoon
- Corn to taste1/1 can(s)
- Onion1 unit(s)
- Tomato Extract250 g
- Garlic2 unit(s)
- In a pan put the meat with the oil, 1 tablespoon of seasoning and the garlic. Mix well and let it rest for 5 minutes.
- Then blend the onion with 1/2 cup of water in a blender. Then pour everything into the meat pan along with the tomato paste and corn (optional) and it's ready to serve.
