  • Salt and Seasoning to taste
  • Onion0.5 unit(s)
  • Chives to taste
  • Egg1 unit(s)
  • Wheat Flour2 tablespoon
  1. Place the ground beef in a bowl. Add the chopped onion and chives. Add salt and seasonings to taste, egg and wheat flour.
  2. Mix all ingredients well. If you find that you still can't form the dumplings, you can add more wheat.
  3. With the help of a spoon, make the balls. Avoid making it too big so it doesn't get raw inside. If you make a medium cupcake, it yields approximately 15 units.
  4. In a small pan or skillet, put enough oil so that the dumplings fry without sticking to the bottom. If you prefer, you can also do it in the Airfryer.
  5. Place the dumplings that fit in the pan / frying pan to fry, when they are golden turn them over.
  6. Remove and place on a paper towel to remove excess oil. Your cookies will be ready.
