- Black pepper, oregano1 to taste
- Oil for frying1 cup
- I started by seasoning the meatballs.
- I added salt, pepper and oregano. I added minced garlic too. And mixed well with the help of a spoon.
- Then I formed the balls and set aside.
- I took a deep pan, put the oil and let it heat up. I put the dumplings and let it fry on one side then turn and fry the other side.
- Then drain them on paper towels and serve.
