- Recipe
- Ground beef600 g
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Chimi churri to taste
- Garlic to taste
- Onion to taste
- Pepper to taste
- Egg1 unit(s)
- Oat or wheat flour2 tablespoon
- paprika to taste
- Water1/2 cup
- Place all the ingredients in the processor.
- Whisk until smooth
- Grease a small loaf pan with oil
- Add the meat and place in the oven until cooked. DO NOT LET IT BAKE TOO MUCH.
- Remove from the mold and cut into thin slices.
- In a skillet place 1 tablespoon of butter and oil.
- Arrange the slices of meat and sear on both sides.
