  • Filet mignon in thick strips or the meat of your choice400 g
  • Chopped Onion1 unit(s)
  • Minced garlic2 unit(s)
  • Worcestershire sauce2 tablespoon
  • Dry red wine100 ml
  • Tomato Extract1 tablespoon
  • Butter1 tablespoon
  • Extra Virgin Olive Oil1 tablespoon
  • Wheat flour2 tablespoon
  • Water400 ml
  • Salt, black pepper, chimichurri and parsley to taste
  1. In a bowl, season the meat with salt and pepper. Sprinkle wheat flour and mix well incorporating all over the meat.
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, melt the butter with the oil and brown the meat, do it in stages.
  3. Remove the meat from the skillet and set aside. In the same skillet, add the onion and sauté until wilted. Add the garlic and sauté quickly, add the red wine and let it reduce a little.
  4. Add the tomato paste, the Worcestershire sauce, chimichurri to taste, stir well and return all the meat that was reserved and add the water. Let it cook for about 10 minutes until it is well defined, finish with green smell to taste and serve.
  5. Enjoy your food!
