- Ground beef - duckling700 g
- medium chopped onion1 unit(s)
- Minced garlic2 unit(s)
- Peeled and seeded chopped tomato300 g
- Cumin to taste
- Chopped parsley to taste
- Potato1 kg
- Water2 l
- Milk1 cup
- Catupiry Cheese400 g
- Grated Parmesan Cheese200 g
- Salt to taste
- In a pan put the ground duckling, onion, garlic, salt, cumin and bring to the fire to sauté.
- After sautéing, add the chopped tomatoes and let it cool down a bit.
- Turn off the heat and add the parsley. Reserve.
- In a large pot, add the water and bring the potatoes to a boil.
- Once cooked, remove the skin and pass them through a juicer.
- Place the squeezed potatoes in a pan and bring to the boil together with the milk and salt.
- Stir well for at least 5 minutes, until a uniform puree forms.
- Add half of the grated Parmesan cheese and mix well.
- In a refractory, spread half of the mashed potatoes, the ground beef and the Catupiry cheese.
- Place the other half of the mashed potatoes on top. Spread well and top with the rest of the grated cheese.
- Place in preheated oven to brown. And serve next.
