- Steak of your choice500 g
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- Eggs2 unit(s)
- Wheat Flour1/2 cup
- Panko flour2 cup
- Butter or margarine3 tablespoon
- Hit the steaks with the hammer. Season with salt and pepper on both sides.
- Dip the steaks in the flour, then in the eggs, then in the panko flour.
- Place in the airfryer and place a little butter on top of each steak. The butter melts and leaves the crust crispy and golden!
