- In a bowl, lightly beat the eggs and season with salt, pepper and oregano. Then, pass the steaks, one by one, in the flour, beaten eggs and breadcrumbs. In a greased roast with olive oil, distribute the steaks and cover with a little more oil. Bake for about 30 minutes in a preheated medium-high oven (200°C), turning the steaks halfway through. Remove from the oven and cover each steak with a little tomato sauce and a slice of mozzarella cheese. Bake again for about 5 minutes or until the cheese is melted. Serve next.
