  • Rump chunks150 g
  • Salt and Pepper to taste
  • Wheat flour1 cup
  • Eggs, lightly beaten2 unit(s)
  • Breadcrumbs1 cup
  • Oil2 cup
  1. Season the steaks with salt and pepper to taste. Bread: pass first in wheat flour, then in beaten eggs and finally in breadcrumbs. Tap lightly with your hands to remove excess. Fry in the not too hot oil, turning to brown evenly. Remove with a large fork and let drain on absorbent paper.
