Meatloaf with mashed potatoes

In a container, arrange the ground beef, garlic, onion powder cream, salt, black pepper, basil, oregano, 2 eggs and wheat flour. Mix everything very well. Reserve.
In a pan, arrange the boiled and mashed potatoes and add the butter, cream and milk. Mix well until the butter melts. Season with salt and pepper if you like. Reserve.
Open the meat mixture in the shape of a rectangle, on top of plastic film with at least 1/2 centimeter, arrange the slices of ham and arrange a little of the puree on top.
Arrange the slices of mozzarella cheese and roll up like a swiss roll.
Arrange the bacon slices on top and brush with honey.
Bake at 180 degrees for 1 hour.
