- ground beef - I used duckling1 kg
- Place the boiled potato, small onion, olive oil, salt and pepper in a blender (process until a uniform puree is formed).
- Then mix the puree together with the ground beef until smooth.
- Shape the cake and bake on a greased baking sheet in the oven at medium temperature (180°) for approximately 40 min.
- Meanwhile prepare the caramelized onion, start by cutting the onions into rings (not so thin).
- In a large pan, with a drizzle of oil and over low heat, let the onions brown and stir occasionally.
- Meatloaf ready and onions too? Finish and cover your cake with the cheese and return to the oven at maximum temperature (I used 280°) for a few minutes just for the cheese to melt.
- Finish with your caramelized onions.
