- Oat flour1 cup

- Pink salt to taste
- Pepperoni Pepper to taste
- Fine herbs to taste
- In a bowl, mix all the ingredients until they form a uniform mixture. Let it rest for 15 minutes in the fridge.
- Form balls of the size you prefer and take them to fry. It can be baked in the oven or in the Airfryer.
- Serve as you prefer, in sandwiches, salads, pasta...
