- Ground beef400 g
- Medium onion2 unit(s)
- Breadcrumbs1 cup
- Egg1 unit(s)
- Fresh Champignons100 g
- Large tomatoes2 unit(s)
- Medium Potato2 unit(s)
- Carrot2 unit(s)
- Garlic Clove1 unit(s)
- Ginger to taste
- cream2 tablespoon
- Cottage cheese2 tablespoon
- Milk half a cup to taste
- Put the tomatoes in the oven to bake it will take about 30 to 40 min
- Place the chicken and meat in a food processor and grind thoroughly.
- Then, in a bowl, mix the flour, the egg and the processed meats.
- Make small balls and stuff the inside with a square of cheese.
- Fry the balls in hot oil and set aside
- Caramel the onions in butter and set aside
- In the same butter that caramelized the onions, brown the mushrooms and set aside
- Chop the potatoes and carrots and cook until al dente and set aside
- After the tomato is well roasted, remove the lid from the tomato and place everything in the food processor with a clove of garlic and ginger, season and blend well.
- In a pan, put the processed tomato, cream and milk and cook for 1 min.
- Add the carrot, potato, onion, mushrooms and cook for another 1 min.
- Adjust the salt and pepper, add the cottage cheese and the fried meatballs
- Cook for another 2 minutes and serve.
