Em um bowl junte a carne, a cebola, o alho e a salsinha picados, o ovo, a farinha de rosca, sal, pimenta, páprica e cominho e mexa bem até todos o ingredientes estarem distribuídos uniformemente. Faça bolinhas e recheie com um cubinho de mussarela.
