- Place the ground beef in a bowl and chop all the ingredients well (the smaller, the better it is to shape the meatballs).
- Then mix all the ingredients well with the meat, including the egg, mix well, put your hand in the dough.
- Make the balls (I made mine with 35g) yielded 38 meatballs based on the recipe with all the heavy ingredients. Finally, freeze it to help firm the meatball. You can use it right away without freezing.
- After making the meatballs, for any use, seal them beforehand, it can be in the oven, or in the frying pan, after this process add to the sauce of your taste.
- In the preparation of the meatball you can choose to make the balls with 35g (to go 6un served with pasta and sauce) or 70g (to go 3un served with pasta and sauce). In this recipe you will have 6 portions with 6 un. With 2un leftover meatballs.
