- Stale bread2 unit(s)
- Milk1/2 cup
- Egg Yolk2 unit(s)
- Green Spice to taste
- Mint Leaves to taste
- Olive oil2 dessert spoon
- In a large bowl, mix all the ingredients by hand and make small balls.
- Fry the meatballs and set aside
- Add the meatballs to the tomato sauce of your choice.
- Cook the meatballs in tomato sauce for 10 minutes.
- Serve with rice, pasta and (or) salads
