- Ground duckling meat400 g
- Egg1 unit(s)
- Salt1 coffee spoon
- Black pepper to taste
- Gluten-free breadcrumbs2 tablespoon
- Grated medium carrot1 unit(s)
- Garlic1 tablespoon
- Onion finely chopped1/2 unit(s)
- Chives and parsley to taste
- Olive oil to taste
- In a container, place the meat, egg, garlic, salt, pepper, onion, carrot, chives and parsley, flour and mix well until smooth and easy to shape, if necessary add more breadcrumbs.
- Grease your hands with olive oil or butter, take small portions of the dough and mold them into balls weighing about 20 grams. I like to use the tablespoon as a measure.
- Preheat the electric fryer for 5 minutes at 180ºC, place the balls in the basket, with a little space between them, drizzle with a little olive oil (if you want) and fry for 5 minutes at 180ºC. Open the times to check.
- Flip the balls and fry again for another 5 minutes. Ready serve with pasta, sauces or rice wonderful tip 😍
