- Ground beef1/2 kg
- Small onion1 unit(s)
- Three cloves of garlic3 unit(s)
- Three tablespoons of wheat flour3 tablespoon
- Two chopped tomatoes2 unit(s)

- Mixed seasoning1 dessert spoon
- Salt1 teaspoon
- Fine herbs1 coffee spoon
- Tomato Pulp3 tablespoon

- Place the meat in a container. Chop the garlic with the onion and divide into two parts. One part for the meat, the other for the sauce. Mix the onion and garlic in the meat, add the parsley, mixed seasoning, salt and three tablespoons of wheat flour. Mix well. Make balls. In a pan, heat the oil and fry the meatballs. Drain and reserve. For the sauce: In a pan, brown the other half of the onion and garlic. Add the two tomatoes, fine herbs and the tomato pulp. Put the meatballs in the sauce and cook for two minutes. Add the cheese and cover the pan. When it melts, turn off the heat and it's ready to serve.
