- Salt to taste
- Egg1 unit(s)
- Grated small onion1 unit(s)
- Chopped Garlic to taste
- Chopped Coriander to taste
- Wheat Flour2 tablespoon
- Tomato sauce300 g
- Chimichurri Seasoning to taste
- Mix all the ingredients.
- Shape the meatballs into the desired size.
- Place in the freezer to firm up.
- Fry in oil or bake in the Air Frye.
- In a pan, add the tomato sauce, arrange the meatballs and bring to a boil.
- Serve immediately.
