  • Tomato sauce395 g

  • Black pepper to taste
  1. Mix the meat with the egg, onion, salt, a little olive oil (or oil) and pepper.
  2. Add the flour until the meatballs are rolled up.

  4. In a pan with a little oil, fry the meatballs, sealing them over high heat.
  5. Remove the meatballs and set aside
  6. In another pan, heat the tomato sauce over low heat.
  7. In the same pan as the meatballs, remove the excess oil and put the tomato sauce, putting the meatballs to cook for a few minutes.
  8. In about 15 minutes the meatballs will be fully cooked and the dish will be ready.
