Garlic and Onion1 to taste

Sazon, oregano and black pepper1 to taste
Salt1 tablespoon
Chopped Parsley1 tablespoon

I started by peeling the garlic and onion. I chopped it and put it in the pressure cooker along with the oil.
Then I cut the pieces of meat and sautéed together with the garlic and onion.
I peeled the carrots and potatoes and chopped the pods.
Now I put the vegetables together with the meat and seasonings, salt, black pepper, oregano and mix everything.
I added the water and put it under pressure to cook for 25 minutes. Then I removed the pressure put chopped parsley and serve
