Meat with sautéed potatoes and vegetables

Cortar os vegetais, deixar numa forma com azeite e temperos do seu gosto. Deixar no forno a 180°C 30 minutos 

Cut the vegetables, leave in a shape with olive oil and seasonings to your taste. Leave in the oven at 180°C for 30 minutes

Cortar as batatas, fritar numa panela com temperos do seu gosto e óleo 

Cut the potatoes, fry in a pan with seasonings of your taste and oil

Fritar a carne até o ponto de seu gosto.
