- Start with the meat.
- In a pan, put a thread of oil and the meat cut into cubes. Let it seal on all sides.
- After that, add all the spices and sauté well.
- Cover this meat with water and let it cook for about 30 minutes.
- After that time, put the potatoes in the pot and let it cook for another 5 minutes.
