- Small boiled potatoes with salt, cut into cubes6 unit(s)

- Milk1/2 cup
- Mozzarella or Parmesan cheese to taste
- Straw Potato to taste
- FOR MEAT: In a skillet put the olive oil or oil and the meat, sauté well; With the meat well braised, season with salt and seasonings to taste. Let the meat brown, then add the onion and garlic, mix everything and sauté until golden; Turn off the meat and book; CREAM OF POTATOES: Put the already cooked and drained batistas, the cottage cheese and the milk in the blender; Beat everything until it becomes a smooth cream; ASSEMBLY: Mix the cream with the meat, then transfer to a refractory; Put cheese on top.
