- Minced meat600 g
- Chopped Potato3 unit(s)
- Minced Garlic and Onion1 to taste
- Olive oil1 tablespoon
- paprika and black pepper1 to taste
- Salt, oregano and beef broth1 to taste
- Water500 ml
- Chopped Parsley1 to taste
- In a pressure cooker I put the minced garlic and onion. Add the oil and let it fry for a few minutes.
- Then I added the meat and seasonings.
- Salt, black pepper and oregano, put the paprika and beef stock.
- Mix well until it starts to stick to the bottom of the pan. Then cover with water and pressurize for about 30 minutes.
- After the time has passed, open the pan, add the potatoes and parsley and let it cook for another 10 minutes until the potatoes are soft.
