- Beef, thinly sliced (I used rump)400 g
- Olive oil or oil (for sautéing the meat)4 tablespoon
- Chopped Onion1/2 unit(s)
- Minced Garlic2 unit(s)
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- Medium potatoes (cut into cubes and boiled with salt2 unit(s)
- Cream cheese3 tablespoon
- Milk1/2 cup
- Mozzarella or Parmesan cheese to taste
- Straw potatoes to taste
- FOR MEAT: In a frying pan put the olive oil or oil and the meat, sauté well;
- With the meat well sautéed, season with salt and pepper to taste;
- Let the meat brown, then add the onion and garlic, mix everything and sauté until golden;
- Turn off the meat and set aside;
- POTATO CREAM: Place the already cooked and drained Baptists, the curd and the milk in the blender;
- Beat everything until it becomes a smooth cream;
- MOUNTING: Mix the cream with the meat, then transfer to a refractory;
- Put cheese on top (I used fresh parmesan, but it can be mozzarella);
- Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C until golden;
- Once ready, I finished with straw potatoes only on the sides (optional);
