  • Duckling meat minced on the tip of the knife800 g
  • Chopped Small Red Onion2 unit(s)
  • Pinch of fleur de sel4 unit(s)
  • Pinch of pepper4 unit(s)
  • Olive oil70 ml
  • Chopped Parsley40 g
  • Chopped chives40 g
  • Romaine Lettuce to taste
  • Sliced Radish to taste
  • Brussels Sprout Petals to taste
  • Homemade Mayonnaise: Sunflower Oil100 ml
  • Lemon drops10 unit(s)
  • Egg1 unit(s)
  • Pinch of salt2 unit(s)
  1. In a bowl, place the minced meat, onion, fleur de sel, pepper, olive oil, parsley, chives and stir well until everything is mixed.
  2. Arrange the filling on a plate.
  3. Garnish the dish with romaine lettuce, slices of radishes and Brussels sprout petals.
  4. Serve with home-made fries and a dollop of romaine lettuce.
  5. Preparation mode Homemade Mayonnaise: in a bowl put the oil, lemon drops, egg and salt.
  6. Beat with a fuet until it becomes a cream.
  7. Leave in the fridge for 1 hour.
  8. Serve as you wish.
