Ingredients

  • Ground Beef | 350 g
  • Chopped Garlic | 1 teaspoon
  • Chopped Onion | 1/4 cup
  • Chopped green onion | 1 tablespoon
  • Chopped Boiled Egg | 2 unit(s)
  • Sea Salt |  to taste
  • Ground Cumin | 1 coffee spoon
  • Ground black pepper |  to taste
  • Paprika | 1 teaspoon
  • Olive oil | 1 dessert spoon

Recipe

  1. Heat the oil in a pan and brown the onion and garlic.
  2. Add the paprika and mix until it dissolves well.
  3. Add the ground beef and stir to break up the lumps. Season with salt, pepper and cumin.
  4. After the meat is well cooked and dry, turn off the heat and add the chives and eggs and mix.
  5. Once the filling is cold, use it in your favorite pastry doughs.
