- Oil for frying meat to taste
- skirt steak1.5 kg
- chopped bacon1 cup
- chopped pepperoni sausage1 unit(s)
- pods10 unit(s)
- package of frozen broccoli150 g
- red bell pepper cut into sticks to taste
- carrot sticks1 unit(s)
- hot water2 cup
- butter2 tablespoon
- mustard to taste
- chopped green onion4 tablespoon
- cassava flour2 cup
- boiled and chopped eggs2 unit(s)
- In the blender, beat the oil with half the parsley, the onion, the garlic and the salt.
- Open the piece of meat like a jelly roll.
- Rub the seasoning into the meat and place the bacon, sausage, green beans, broccoli, peppers and carrots in the middle.
- Close and tie with twine.
- In a large pressure cooker, heat the oil and fry the meat on all sides. Add water and pressure cook for 20 minutes. Remove the meat, slice and arrange on a platter.
- In the same pan, leave 1 cup (tea) of the cooking liquid and add the butter, the mustard, the rest of the parsley, the chives and gradually add the flour until it forms a farofa.
- Turn off the heat and stir in the egg.
- Distribute the farofa around the meat and serve next.
