  • chopped parsley to taste
  • chopped onion to taste
  • minced garlic to taste
  • salt to taste
  • Oil for frying meat to taste
  • skirt steak1.5 kg
  • chopped bacon1 cup
  • chopped pepperoni sausage1 unit(s)
  • pods10 unit(s)
  • package of frozen broccoli150 g
  • red bell pepper cut into sticks to taste
  • carrot sticks1 unit(s)
  • hot water2 cup
  • butter2 tablespoon
  • mustard to taste
  • chopped green onion4 tablespoon
  • cassava flour2 cup
  • boiled and chopped eggs2 unit(s)
  1. In the blender, beat the oil with half the parsley, the onion, the garlic and the salt.
  2. Open the piece of meat like a jelly roll.
  3. Rub the seasoning into the meat and place the bacon, sausage, green beans, broccoli, peppers and carrots in the middle.
  4. Close and tie with twine.
  5. In a large pressure cooker, heat the oil and fry the meat on all sides. Add water and pressure cook for 20 minutes. Remove the meat, slice and arrange on a platter.
  6. In the same pan, leave 1 cup (tea) of the cooking liquid and add the butter, the mustard, the rest of the parsley, the chives and gradually add the flour until it forms a farofa.
  7. Turn off the heat and stir in the egg.
  8. Distribute the farofa around the meat and serve next.
