potato1 kg
garlic5 unit(s)
mixed seasoning1 unit(s)
oil5 tablespoon
grill seasoning1 tablespoon
coriander1 unit(s)
salt to taste
Worcestershire sauce2 tablespoon
Green smell1 unit(s)
beef bouillon cube1 unit(s)
tomato paste3 tablespoon
chopped onion1 unit(s)
chopped tomato1 unit(s)

Cut the meat into cubes and season with garlic, salt, mixed seasoning, grill, Worcestershire sauce and 2 tablespoons of oil
Heat a pan with 3 tablespoons of oil. Add the meat and sauté well. Add the beef stock, onion, tomato and bell pepper and cook for 20 minutes.
Add the tomato paste and the heat and let it cook for another 10 minutes.
Finally put the chopped potatoes.. and leave for 5 minutes or until the potato is cooked. Sprinkle green smell over the top and serve immediately.
