  • Bacon100 g
  • Coriander1 unit(s)
  • Chives1 unit(s)
  • Onion Cream3 tablespoon
  • Black Pepper1 tablespoon
  • Salt1 to taste
  • Dry White Wine30 ml
  • Mustard50 ml
  • Milk Cream2 tablespoon
  1. Season the meat with bacon cut into small cubes, salt, pepper, cream of onion and coriander and leave to rest for 15 minutes.
  2. Place the plastic film on a countertop and roll it up until it is completely closed, then take the platter line it with aluminum foil (avoids sticking) and place the meat, I usually place paper over the meat for about 10 minutes to cook inside and then remove it and let it bake for another 20 min
  3. While the meat is roasting let's go to the sauce, put the cream, mustard and dry white wine and mix until they are homogeneous, (I also put parmesan cheese), because I like the taste.
