  • Salt to taste
  • Garlic to taste
  • Dried Spices to taste

  • Olive oil to taste
  • Ham100 g
  • Mozzarella100 g
  • Cottage cheese1 cup
  1. Season the meat with the dry seasonings (black pepper, Bahian seasoning, paprika…), add the egg, wheat flour, onion, garlic and salt. Stir with your hands until everything is well incorporated into the meat. Stretch an aluminum foil on a bench and make a bed with the ground beef on top, taking care not to leave holes. Shape the meat into a rectangular shape. Put the ham first, then the cheese, curd and onion. Roll the meat with the help of aluminum foil and close the rocambole. Unite a roast with olive oil and place the rocambole. Cut potatoes and season as desired, place on baking sheet around roulade. Take it to the preheated oven for 30 minutes at 200 degrees, after 30 minutes, brush barbecue sauce over the meat and take it for another 10 minutes in the oven.
