- Beat the eggs and set aside , in another bowl add the breadcrumbs , pass the meat in the eggs and then in the flour , breading
- After breading all the steaks, fry them, while the breaded steaks are frying, make the sauce
- For the sauce I use 1 can or sachet of tomato sauce, 1 knnor picanha broth, 1 sachet of meat Sazón, black pepper to taste, and 2 tablespoons of sugar to cut the acidity. I let it boil and turn it off
- With the fried meats and the sauce ready, I start putting the steaks in the pan, pour the sauce on top and finish with mozzarella cheese.
- I take the oven there until the mozzarella melts around 15 minutes at 200 degrees
- Remove from oven and serve
