Em uma panela de pressão adicione o alho a cebola picada adicione a carne mexa bem adicione a água feche a panela e deixe por 35 minutos

Retire a panela do fogo olhe pra ver se a carne já tá boa tampe novamente a panela e sacuda a panela por 5 minutos pra carne fica bem disfiadinha
